So, I sent out that colorful email-ad to our Earth Center mailing list, woo! You guys should now take that and run with it - change the wording if you want, add pictures, hearts and smiley faces, whatever. But it's time to start sending this shiznit out! Questions to be Addressed for Sus. Swap

1. How to advertise? To Who? businesses, dorms and apartments, coops, organizations What different mediums? Posters, emails, newspapers 2. How to set it up? Supplies: Tables? Shelves? Racks? Hangers? Dressing room? Mirrors? Banner? When can we put this together? What materials? Time beforehand- Week of collection - each night organizing donations into categories Thursday night setup, who, when? 3. How to run? Master-book of names, schedule of EC volunteers, data on what we swap, how much? 4. Educational Outreach Earth Center Table Making this, creating brochures/posters, show our movie? Story of Stuff Getting projector and speakers, movie. 5. Take Down Get more helpers for this, people with cars, boxes, Maybe contact Rachel to clean out storage room so we can just shove it all in there and sort later? (Recital at 7pm means we need to clean up fast.) Decide what sorts of things we would want to keep for future projects

Undergraduate Symposium

Madee and Isabella will be presenting at the Undergraduate Symposium to share the mission of the Earth Center with UW folks. They will present at the Memorial Union on April 16th, 2008 at 12:00pm.
